THE POWER OF FAILURE
To fail in an attempt is good. To fail to attempt is
bad! Failing with the right mindset will empower you to a greater degree on the
second attempt. You can triple the power on the third attempt, if you can
combine the right motive with the right mindset. The right mindset is: it can be
done, it must be done and it will be done! The right motive is: it must always
benefit others. 1 Kings 3:11-13 Remember, "If you love only them which love you
back, what's the big deal? sinners also love those that love them back. [33] And
if you do good to them which do good to you, what's so special about that?
sinners also do the same thing. [34] And if you lend to them of whom in hopes to
receive it back, sinners also lend to sinners, to receive as much again, isn't
that just good business? " Luke 6:32-34
When kingdom people fail, it
brings a greater bond between them and Me, because they realize the God factor
must be lacking. I never fail, so if I am authoring the task at hand, I will
certainly empower you to accomplish it. The failure happens when your confidence
in the flesh, forces Me out of the equation. Excitement, enthusiasm, and
experience must always be controlled and submitted to Me or they will push your
confidence, in the flesh to a pride level, and pride goes before destruction,
and an haughty spirit right before a failure." Proverbs 16:18
So if you
failed today, just get alone with Me and talk with Me about it. My Holy Spirit
will comfort you and instruct you by helping you check your motives, and
rearranging your mindset. He will cause you to check to see who authored the
task, and if your heart is pure, you will see Me in the middle of your failure.
Somewhere I was left out, because I never fail! Make every failure work for you,
by running to Me with it. Soon you will learn to walk in the Spirit and avoid
failures! When you "walk in the Spirit, and you will not fulfill the lust of
the flesh." Galatians 5:16
