GOD'S WILL IS ENDURANCE

Everyone sounding spiritual seems to know what My Fathers will is. He has made plain, what His will is NOT, He is not willing that any should perish and on the other hand He is willing that everyone would change their mind and come to Him. 2 Peter 3:9 But is it ever His will that some are sick or handicap? You are all quick to answer of course not, He cursed sickness on the tree, when I went to the cross. Therefore you rightfully conclude He would never cause these things, ...that is except, for one blind man in John 9:2-3. Oh and except for those in the Old Testament that hated Israel in Deuteronomy 7:15. And yes those that refused to obey Him and were ungrateful for His goodness and provision in Deuteronomy 28:22,45-47 Then there's that time He sent a evil spirit in Judges 9:23. I'm just pointing out that no one will put My Father in a box and say what He can or cannot do. He is sovereign and He is both great and terrible depending on mans approach to Him. Nehemiah 1:5 

 The reason you are having a problem with this is, "mindset". In America, good and blessing mean fun, money, material goods, homes, cars, and no pain. However in the kingdom mindset, good and blessing mean righteousness, unconditional love, holiness, unmovable resolve, endurance, faithfulness, strong discipline and faith that moves mountains. Let Me show you the difference in mindsets: "When they had called My apostles, and beaten them , they commanded that they should not speak in My name, and let them go. [41] And they departed from the presence of the council, REJOICING that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for My name." Acts 5:40-41 The western mindset would be "where were you God, when I needed you?" Because the western teaching is: any and all suffering is meant to destroy, and should be rebuked rather than embraced, there is little or no endurance, a vital ingredient needed for salvation. Matthew 10:22 When suffering comes to westerners, most demand instant relief, rebuke the devil and scream why me God? When relief does not come, their faith is shipwrecked, and they turn their back on Me.. 

All My disciples and any that follow Me, I call blessed when they are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. [11] I know this is hard for the western mind to grasp, but blessed are you, when men shall revile you, and persecute you , and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for My sake. [12] In your american mindset you think it's impossible to rejoice under these negative circumstances, but if you understood things from a kingdom perspective you would rejoice, and be exceeding glad: knowing that great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you." Matthew 5:10-12

Does heaven rejoice in your physical suffering, of course not, it rejoices in your rejoicing, while you are going through your endurance of physical suffering. Your endurance is two fold, it brings Glory to your Heavenly Father because you refuse to stop trusting Him and it seals your salvation. What's the purpose you may ask, it demonstrates to the hosts of hell that your love and commitment for Father is not based on what He does Job 1:9-10 but on a revelation of who your Heavenly Father really is. Remember, All sickness and disease came from hell as a result of the fall, and will be destroyed along with satan in the end. But you must understand that the God of love is sovereign and can use anything at His disposal to bless or curse according to the choices of man. You have been given authority over all sickness and your faith can overcome it, but if your healing is delayed, make that delay glorify Father by rejoicing and never giving up your faith. Even if you should die of sickness and enter glory trusting all the way, you give great glory to My Father because you endured to the end even through the valley of death!
